9 Simple Tips for Easy Weight Loss

MORNING
1. Set your emotional tone before getting out of bed in the morning
2. Drink warm water or warm ginger lemon infusion first thing in the morning
3. Move: Do 20-30 minutes of some form of exercise
NOON
1. Eat your largest meal at noon
2. Include the 6 tastes in your meal
3. From 1-10, eat when your hunger level is about 3 and stop eating when you reach 7 to give room for digestion
EVENING
1. Have a light meal for supper and don’t eat after 7 pm
2. Go for an evening walk with loved ones
3. Go to bed by 10 pm
